Scam Warning
We are aware of multiple fraudulent websites using the Avid Panda name, logo and branding without our permission. These sites are not operated by us, and we have no connection to them.

How the scam works
Scammers are contacting people (typically via text message) offering fake remote job opportunities with "Avid Panda". Victims are then directed to one of these fraudulent websites and asked to create an account or log in.
The fake websites display our logo and ask for personal details including usernames, phone numbers and passwords. Some pages also ask for a "Transaction Password" and an "Invite Code", which suggests a financial fraud element.
Avid Panda does not recruit via text message, and we will never ask you to log in to a third-party website for training or onboarding.
How to Protect Yourself
- Our only official website is avidpanda.com. Any other domain using the Avid Panda name is not us.
- Do not enter your personal details, passwords or payment information on any site other than avidpanda.com.
- If you have been contacted about a job opportunity with Avid Panda, please verify it by contacting us directly.
- If you have already entered information on one of these sites, change your passwords immediately and monitor your accounts for unusual activity.
What we are doing
We are actively reporting these domains to the relevant registrars, hosting providers, the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and other authorities. We have also reported this to Google Safe Browsing to get browser warnings applied.
