Why Avid Panda?
Avid Panda is an award-winning digital marketing agency experiencing fast, healthy growth.
We’re a small, highly skilled team where work doesn’t get buried under layers of sign-off — you’ll have real responsibility, visible impact, and the opportunity to develop quickly.
We care deeply about quality, transparency, and doing the right thing for our clients. That focus on doing things properly is why our retention rate is strong and why we invest heavily in developing our people.
You’ll be surrounded by a team that enjoys levelling up, sharing knowledge, and improving how things are done — especially as SEO and AI continue to evolve. If you can spot a better way of working, you’ll be encouraged to raise it.
The role
This role exists to own the execution of SEO work across client accounts, supporting the SEO Manager and senior team by turning strategy into consistent, high-quality delivery.
You’ll be responsible for implementing SEO tasks across a group of client accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard. By owning execution, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the SEO function running smoothly as the agency grows.
You’ll be challenged, but supported. We don’t throw people in without guidance, and you’ll receive structured training, clear direction, and regular feedback as you develop.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Implementing SEO tasks across a group of client accounts, following the agreed strategy and priorities.
- Executing on-page, technical, and content-related SEO work accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic audits to support SEO strategy.
- Supporting reporting by collecting, checking, and interpreting performance data.
- Working closely with the SEO Manager, content team, and web team to ensure websites are well optimised.
- Keeping work organised and visible through project management systems, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Using AI tools responsibly to speed up research and execution, while validating and editing outputs.
What success looks like in the first 6 months
- Confidently owning SEO implementation across multiple client accounts.
- Delivering work on time and to a consistently high standard.
- Understanding why tasks are being completed, not just how to complete them.
- Becoming a reliable extension of the senior SEO team by removing execution bottlenecks.
- Demonstrating strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
About you
You’re early in your SEO career but already comfortable executing work independently. You care about doing things properly, take pride in your output, and enjoy seeing your work make a measurable impact.
You’re curious, organised, and keen to improve. You don’t just follow checklists — you want to understand why things work so you can do them better next time.
