Videos marked with the hashtag #BookTok have gained over 172 billion views. What’s more, there is a subsection of BookTok that is dedicated to business books, and this has more than 30 million views. Despite topping the New York Times Best Sellers list a number of times since its release, James Clears’ Atomic Habits does not come first.

Instead, with more than 350 million hashtag viewsRich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter tops the list as BookTok’s most talked about business book. Originally published in 1997, a lot of the advice shared in the book still holds up today. So, it is no surprise that this book is ruling the BookTok charts.

With approximately 189 million hashtag viewsAtomic Habits is widely considered a must-read for those looking to boost their productivity and improve their lives both personally and professionally.

3. Can’t Hurt Me

Whether you are opening your first business or you have been in the game for a few years, business leaders need to adapt to change and push through challenges. David Goggin’s Can’t Hurt Me provides actionable steps to help you achieve your goals and do your best work even when you are the least motivated. Goggin’s book has over 151 million hashtag views.

4. Think and Grow Rich

Being an early riser may be the true secret to success. In fact, around two-thirds of CEOs wake up at 6 a.m. or earlier. Hal Elrod’s The Miracle Morning has gained approximately 44.6 million views. This guide reveals how to create the perfect morning routine to set yourself up for success for the day ahead.

6. How to Win Friends & Influence People

Networking is an essential skill for business leaders. With 43.4 million views, Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends & Influence People has become extremely popular with those looking to control the way that other people react to them and become better leaders.

7. Financial Feminist

Research suggests that women display less financial literacy than men. But the good news is that Financial Feminist by Tori Dunlap aims to help women master their finances and bridge the gender gap in financial literacy. Dunlap’s book has gained approximately 37.1 million views.

8. 12 Rules for Life

With 30.6 million hashtag views, Jordan Peterson’s 12 Rules for Life takes the eighth spot on the list of TikTok’s best business books. This manual lays out a simple set of rules to help you become more disciplined.

9. The Psychology of Money

In the ninth spot is The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel, with 26.5 million hashtag views. This guide will help you build a better relationship with money and understand how your emotions can influence the financial decisions you make.

10. The Mountain is You

It is not uncommon to stand in your own way and prevent yourself from reaching your full potential. Brianna Wiest’s self-discovery book, The Mountain is You, will help you overcome emotional roadblocks and envision a bright future. The guide has already amassed 26.4 million views on BookTok.

11. The Laws of Human Nature

Winner of the International Business Award 2019, The Laws of Human Nature by Robert Greene has approximately 24.5 million hashtag views. This book will help you understand how human nature influences the decisions of employees and consumers.

Both personally and professionally, we all have things that make us feel good. However, Ryan Holiday’s Ego is the Enemy will help you put your ego to the side and contribute to the greater good. Holiday’s guide has 18.8 million hashtag views.

Eric Thomas’ You Owe You explains how to shed your victim mentality, take accountability and regain control of your own life. With over 18 million views, this book maps out the steps to help you become the CEO of your own life.

14. Never Finished

Never Finished is David Goggin’s follow-up to his smashit memoir Can’t Hurt Me. The book takes a deep dive into Goggin’s strategies and philosophies for self-improvement and achieving greatness. It has gained approximately 15.7 million hashtag views.

15. Outliers

Rounding off the top 15 best business books on TikTok is Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, with 12.7 million hashtag views. The book suggests that your skills can only take you so far up the career ladder and that those at the very top get to where they are due to a number of external factors, such as opportunity and ancestry.
